You will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 2-3 business weeks for processing and handling. During high-volume periods, such as holidays, shipping times may be delayed by 1-2 weeks.

For special releases, including made-to-order products, additional production time may be required. Specific shipping timelines will be explicitly stated on individual product pages.

All orders are fulfilled from Charlotte, NC. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers can also track their orders via the Shop app, available at checkout.
